George Swede is a poet, editor and educator. He has published 51 books and chapbooks with various publishers in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, with 31 being collections of his own poetry. For four years (2008-2012) he was the editor of Frogpond: The Journal of the Haiku Society of America.
Swede lives in Toronto with his spouse, Anita Krumins, who was the Assistant Editor of Frogpond from
2008-2012.
